Does this happen every time or just once in a while?

We are working on including this in our first patch.

We are working on putting up multi-region servers by end of day Monday - this should help a lot with some of the lag ppl are seeing, primarily outside of North America. And we are continuing to optimize the game every day - it will improve little by little with each patch.
